Booking Terms & Conditions

• A deposit of 200 euro is due on booking
• Full payment is due three weeks prior to arrival
• In the event of a cancellation deposits are non-refundable
• A security deposit of 200 euro is required to cover any breakages or damages that may occur during your stay. A credit card number is required for the security deposit.
• Check-in and departure times must be followed: Check-in 4pm, Departure-11am
• The client/guest agrees to be a considerate tenant taking care of the property leaving it in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the rental period.
• It would be much appreciated if glass and plastic bottles were removed from the property on departure. There is a recycle bank in the village car-park near the tourist office.
• Keys to the property can be collected from Lorcan Burke in the house diagonally opposite.
