Booking Terms and Conditions:
• Strictly no Hen or Stags welcome.
• Deposit of €200 due on booking.
• Full payment is due 3 weeks prior to arrival.
• In the event of a cancellation deposits are non-refundable.
• Total cost is not refundable if less than 3 weeks notice is given.
• A security deposit of €200.00 is required to cover any breakages or damage that may occur during your stay or any additional cleaning. A credit card number is required for the security deposit.
• Check in 4pm onwards. Check out 12noon.
• Keys to be collected from Lorcan Burke in cottage opposite on Gahn Road. (€50 key deposit required upon collection).
• Late check out will be charged at a full days rate.
• The total number of people staying in each house must not exceed the capacity of the house.
• You must confirm the names and the exact number in your party when you make your booking.
• Please inform us on booking if you have any special requests.
